This nice apartment is located in Copacabana 2mn from the beach and the Atlantica avenue. The Airport is only 30 mn.

This one-bedroomed apartment is nice and roomy (70 m²) and has been especially designed with the discerning traveller in mind. It has been refurbished to a high standard.

The main bedroom has a double bed (or 2 single beds), a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe and a window looking onto the terrasse and equipped with 1lounger.
The bedroom have ceiling fan, another one can be added in the living room.
The 2nd place to sleep in the living room where a sofa bed (brand new for 2 persons) is waiting for you.

There is a separate fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom (next to the main bedroom) has a separate shower.

The living room has a dining table and 4 chairs. There is also a bar that separate the kitchen and living room (4 hight chairs).
Off the living/dining room, there is a quiet and sunny terrace. This is equipped with the same table, four chairs.

Space, convenience and value for money!

The average hotel room is less than 20 m² (215 ft²). Even the 5 stars Hotel Copacabana only gives you 25 m². We give you 3 times that - 70 m² !

No waiting for expensive room service; you want a cup of coffee - you make one. You want a glass of wine when you come home in the evening? Open the fridge! Buy your breakfast croissants fresh from the boulangerie at half the price of a hotel. And nobody to tip!

You'll have difficulty finding a hotel for four/five people more cheaply - certainly not in a location like ours.

The apartment is available throughout the year with a minimum stay of three nights.

We don't see why you should be obliged to pay for expensive Saturday air tickets, so the changeover days are when YOU want them (subject to the minimum 3 night stay).

Why not come for a long weekend? Or maybe mid-week when the fares are at their lowest.
